ANNOUNCEMENT FROM TRAINING COURSE (INTERNSHIP) COMISSION
Score Cards have to be arranged between the 15th of each month and the 14th of the following month.
(The 15th of each month and the 14th of the following month are referred to as an ONE INTERNSHIP PERIOD.)
Score Cards have to be sent to the Faculty within 5 (five) days at the latest.
from the end of each internship period for continuing internships (at the latest 19th of the relevant month)
from the internship end date of internship for internships that have ended
OTHERWISE, YOUR INTERNSHIP WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
If the students do not send the original score cards to the Faculty at the end of the internship period THEIR INTERNSHIP WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
THE INTERNSHIP NOTEBOOK MUST BE COMPLETED.
SCORE CARDS MUST BE FULLY FILLED AND HAVE TO SENT TO THE FACULTY.
THE SIGNATURE OF THE RESPONSIBLE GEOLOGICAL ENGINEER MUST BE ON THE INTERNSHIP NOTEBOOK.
INTERNSHIP EVALUATION FORM MUST BE FILLED BY THE INTERNSHIP UNIT AND SENT TO THE DEPARTMENT.
